Can you answer this question with regard to "Allahu-Akbar"?

During protests in Egypt, ociated Press finally admitted that "Allahu-Akbar" is not necessarily religious in nature and Arab secularists also use it frequently. Well, this phrase was used to prove that the PRIME motivation of 911 hijackers was religion, and not revenge for US policies--invasion/bombing of Muslim countries, building of military bases, and support for Israel. So now with this new revelation, can we Americans finally admit that it wasn't "Radical Islam" but "Revenge" that caused 911?
