I have a HUMILIATING case.... PLEASE HELP ????

I'm thinking because you find it related to anxiety you may have an irritable bowel problem. However, there are some things you can do. First you need to keep track of what you eat - perhaps write in a diary, so you can see if there is any correlation between your food and your problem. If you find this out, then you can begin to avoid foods that increase the problem. Fatty foods are bad, and many vegetables also (the joke about beans? yeah, its true). So if you modify your diet and still find you have problems, then you could try some over-the-counter remidies, like GasX and Myelicon - a common medication is simethicone, which is used for babies wtih colic. Of course, these should be used judiciously or they could possibly cause other problems. And yes, these things will take time to figure out. If you feel you have taken sufficient time and made changes and nothing helps, then you could probably see a doctor, even though you find the problem embarring - a professional would probably have more suggestions than these few here. Good luck.
