10 month old Child not in a car seat, Please help me!!?

my 10 month old daughter went with her father about 2 weeks ago ( somewhere he had no permission to go to ) and I just recently saw he posted up some pics in his facebook account, These are pictures of him driving down the interstate for 4 hours with my 10 month old baby sitting on his lap and sitting in the steering wheel of his truck. There is absolutly NO car seat in the truck cause someone else is sitting in the penger seat. As soon as he knew i saw them and that I was upset about them he took them offline almost right then but I had already saved them to my own folder ( copied ) in my account So i still have them.. This is endangerment to my daughter she is only a baby shes just 10 months old. I am very very upset What can I do about this?? i know hes telling me hes wanting to take me to court cause after i saw these I'm not letting him come and get my daughter. I want to be able to use these, he put my baby in danger and this could of killed her. What can I do?? Someone please help me... Please
