Was I high?! Off of what?!!!!?

Okay so 2 nights ago, I was really really happy even though my day was bad. I started to laugh at pretty much nothing and I think I was hallucinating. Or what would you call seeing colors everywhere you look? Like blue and pink and green... everywhere you look. So I got really hyper and started to giggle again. And I couldn't really think that straight. I was in my house and it was about 9 PM. I spun around until I was dizzy and fell backwards into my couch and started giggling some more. I was so confused and hyper and feeling totally euphoric. Was I high? And no, I don't use any drugs not even pharmaceutical.
