What should i call her?

well my dad is getting married. any way so i don't live with him and i REALLY like his fiance. but should i call her mom or by her name it probley dosen't matter much becuse i don't live with them.and i don't talk to them terrible much i just kinda wanta know what is the most appropriot thing to call my new parental thingy???????????????????????????
