My bet is that it will be chaired by former oilman Al Gore, who is eminently qualified to pontificate about environmental issues. Plus a few luminaires from Hollywood, like Alec Baldwin and Leo DiCaprio are a must. Oh yes, and Bobby "I Don't Want To Look At Wind Generators" Kennedy Jr. will practically beg to be in on this photo op. He doesn't sound like his voice is going to last much longer.
