Question about Cane on The Young and the Restless?

I hope he fights for custody and loses. The baby should stay with Chloe- not be handed over to LILY! Why would Lily want to help raise the baby that split them up in the first place? LAME. I know I have heard that billy gets a lawyer too so we'll see. I would like him to not get delia and turn into an evil character as a result- he and lily are WAY too moral, time for them to go explore the other side!
