Pregnancy or what...Please HELP?

On December 1st I had my monthly then on December 8th I had a HSG dye test then on December 11th my hubby and I had . We have not had since then but on the 28th of December (I'm usually like clock work and every 28 days) I started bleedin but it wasnt the heavy bleedin I usually experiance. It lasted 1 day but was not heavy at all and usually I'm heavy then I stopped and just lightly spotted here and there not even hardly enough to even see on toilet paper then yesterday I spotted a brownish discharge just one time when I went to the rest room and nothin since. I have been extremly fatigued and I have vomited a few times but I have had the stomach bug too I caught it at my parents house. I don't have many pregnancy symptoms just frequent urination, fatigue and some nasea here and there. I am experiancing some light cramping on both sides but mostly on my left side. I took 2 home pregnancy tests both was negative. Also today I have been very gy sorry if TMI I'm just tryin to fgure out what is goin on with me. We have been TTC for 2 years now and on the 8th when I had the HSG test discovered my right tube is blocked. After the Hsg I started chartin my ovulation again and didn't notice any egg white mucus or any other signs of ovulation is there a chance I just missed the ovulation and got pregnant or what? I know not all women ovulate on the 14th day so was it possible I ovulated early and got pregnant so I had no ovulation symptoms since I got pregnant. What do you think it is. Also my temp has been elevated for the past few day idk if its cause I had the bug or what but today I'm better from the bug and my temp is 99.7 and has went any where from 98.5 to 101. Thanks
