I want to make crepes in my cafe and I can't decide between Krampouz and Cecilware. Please advise.?

Don't waste your money on a speciality item. It's so easy to make crepes with a regular frying pan and a heating element or a regular stove. Just practise. I suggest buying a fish slice which is a really thin spatula with is super thin and easy to get under the crepe to flip. A good tip is don't use too much er in the pan. Just wipe some on with paper towel. Also a good crepe shouldn't have any colour on it.
